3. ROTAM'in tarafımca başlatılabilecek talep, şikâyet, öneri, memnuniyet süreçlerini sonuçlandırabilmesi,
4. Sahteciliğin/dolandırıcılığın önlenmesi, iç denetimlerin yapılması, hukuki ve diğer taleplerin yönetimi ile birlikte güvenliğin sağlanması,
5. ROTAM bilgi sistemleri altyapısının bana verilen hizmetin kalitesini artırmak üzere ve yasal gerekliliklere uygun olmak kaydıyla modern bilgi teknolojilerinden yararlanılarak etkinliğinin, veriminin, kullanım kolaylığının ve sürekliliğinin geliştirilmesi.
6. İşbu metinde yer alan hususlarla alakalı vermiş olduğum açık rızam hakkında ayrıca ROTAM tarafından Aydınlatma Metni ile bilgilendirildiğimi ve kişisel verilerimin yukarıda açıklanmış amaçlarla işlenmesine ve Aydınlatma Metninde de belirtilmiş olan kişilere aktarılmasına açık rızamı veriyorum.
